 
        
        Whether it is a healthy make-ahead breakfast or a lunch box snack, this recipe is the perfect low FODMAP treat! Simply mix, bake and serve.

| 2 cups rolled oats | 
| ¼ cup finely shredded coconut | 
| 2 2½ Tbsp macadamia nut meal | 
| 2 2½ Tbsp chia seeds | 
| 1 egg white | 
| 2 2½ Tbsp peanut oil | 
| ¼ cup pure maple syrup | 
| Mixed berries | 
| Plain greek/natural yoghurt | 
| White chocolate melts, melted | 
Preheat oven to 180°C/356°F. Line a 16 x 26cm slice pan with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Press mixture into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and cut into slices to serve.
