These crunchy chips will have the whole family begging or more!! Better yet they are good for you too. They are packed with vitamin A, C, K as well as calcium and manganese.
1 bunch kale
1 1⅓ Tbsp olive oil
2 2½ Tbsp pecorino cheese, finely grated
Sea salt and pepper, to season
Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F.
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash kale pieces and dry.
Combine kale pieces, olive oil, and pecorino cheese in a large bowl.
Place kale onto baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until leaves are crisp.
Season with salt and pepper.
