Choc peanut butter smoothie

Perfect for the warmer weather, can be enjoyed as a filling, easy breakfast, an afternoon snack when that 3pm slump hits, or you could even decrease the amount of milk and make it into a thicker 'nice cream' style dessert! 

 
ingredients

1 slightly green banana

100 g

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

175 g

1/4 cup lactose free yoghurt

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately!


Hints

As a tip to boost your daily fibre intake, add in a tablespoon of chia seeds!
