No Bloat was founded by Heather Mills, whose own health journey inspired the brand.

After being diagnosed with Lyme Disease and undergoing multiple surgeries, Heather refused to accept that digestive issues should mean a lifetime of restriction. She discovered how stress, diet, and gut health are deeply connected and set out to create meals that would nourish the microbiome while being kind to the stomach.

Her experience has shaped every step of the No Bloat journey, ensuring the range is both scientifically sound and genuinely supportive for people with sensitive digestion.
