Follow these simple steps to change the language of your app: (in this example we will be changing the app to Spanish whilst keeping the phone itself in English)
Step 1: Open settings in your phone and click 'General'
Step 2: Click into 'Language and Region'
Step 3: You will need to add a second language option to your phone - click onto 'Other languages..."
Step 4: Select Spanish and then select the option to keep your phone in English
Step 4: Go back to the home page of settings, scroll down through our apps and select 'FODMAP'
Step 5: Click into 'Language'
Step 6: Select Spanish (or preferred language)
Step 7: Open your Monash FODMAP app and see the results!
