  • 1/4 cup (26g) rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp (40ml) coconut oil, melted
  • 4 plain sweet biscuits
  • 1 cup (125g raw) macadamia nuts, soaked in boiling water for at least 1 hour to soften (drained before use)
  • 250g low FODMAP berries (e.g. strawberries/blueberries/raspberries)
  • 170g coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp corn flour (corn/maize starch)
  • Dash of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup (62.5ml) maple syrup

  1. Prepare GoodMix Blend 11 by adding 1/3 cup water to 2/3 cup (100g) raw mix. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Prepare macadamia nuts by soaking in boiling water for at least 1 hour to soften. Drain before use.
  3. In a food processor, add prepared GoodMix Blend 11, rolled oats, coconut oil and plain sweet biscuits. Process until mixture is resembles sticky breadcrumbs. Spread mixture into a lined 20x30cm slice tray then set aside in fridge.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients to a food processor. Process until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour mixed berry filling over chilled slice base. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • This slice makes a delicious vegan, dairy-free dessert alternative - remove from freezer for 10 minutes before serving to allow the slice to soften slightly.
